Moonlit Farms’ 35 acre property creates the perfect scenic setting
for your extraordinary event.

Bordered by lush forests, our quaint atmosphere and brightly
moonlit nights are the perfect spot for romantic weddings and
memorable occasions.


We have three inviting spaces that can be transformed to fit your event.
A Standard Venue Rental includes all three spaces:

the barn

Our charming barn provides both indoor and outdoor areas that provide
a comfortable space for guests to enjoy the beautiful backdrop of The Farm.

Ceremony Seating: 300 Guests
Reception Seating: 300 Guests

the lawn

Our expansive lawn, well manicured and bordered by a forest, is the perfect
spot for an archway ceremony, a kids’ play area, a bonfire or whatever your
event might need.

the cottage

A quaint one-bedroom house with a bed & breakfast feel, The Cottage is tucked
away in the beauty of Moonlit Farms and the perfect place for a newlywed couple.

Rental Pricing for One Night Stay at the Cottage 

Receive a 20% discount on Cottage rental when renting for more than one night given availability.

Cottage Rental subject to 7% Sales Tax and 4% County Innkeeper's Tax (CIT).


The Barn, The Lawn and The Forest are available to rent year round:

• Monday through Saturday from 12 PM to 12 AM
• Sunday from 12PM to 9PM

Standard rental is for up to 12-hours within the above window of time.

• Use of entire 35 acre property including The Barn, The Lawn & The Forest
• Groom’s Suite located in The Barn

• Use of Cottage for Bridal Party Preparations

• Wedding Coordinator to help guide you through your wedding planning, vendor coordination, rehearsal orchestration, and day of wedding coordination
• Tables, White Chairs & White Linens for up to 300 guests
• Hi-Boy Tables for cocktail reception

• Set Up and Take Down of tables and chairs
• Plenty of Parking for guests and vendors
• Decor items from Moonlit Farms (Bourbon Barrels, Overhead String Lighting, Wedding Arch and Chandeliers)
• Portable Restrooms (decorative and cleaned prior to each event)
• Space Heaters
• Venue Coordinator to serve as point of contact
• Use of property for Engagement Photos and day-of Wedding Photos
• Use of space for a ceremony rehearsal. (If another date is needed, an alternative date will
  be mutually determined.)

Standard Venue Rental includes two portable restrooms on site (non flushable). Moonlit Farms can
arrange for an upgraded restroom trailer with a more comfortable interior.
Venue reservations require a signed contract with a deposit of $2,125.
We are able to hold your date for seven days after a contract is requested. Without a signature
after seven days, the venue may need to release the hold.
